THE METHODOLOGY

The underlying philosophy in Cobite’s entire product line starts with inventory and provisioning. By establishing an accurate baseline inventory and controlling the additions, changes and deletions, a company can be assured that it is being billed only for devices it actually utilizes.

To facilitate the maintenance of inventory functions, Cobite has developed the Data Tracker. This application will allow any type of device to be tracked to a person, location or department. In addition, devices can have associated expenses allocated across multiple cost centers.

Capturing all inbound and outbound calls allows Cobite to generate pro-forma invoices for all types of telecom services. Based on your vendor contracts, we insure your invoices are accurate for all services down to individual calls.
