Placing a CallNet Collector™ on each PBX that your organization
utilizes allows the system to automatically capture a call detail
record for every inbound and outbound call. Electronic invoices
from vendors are obtained and compared to the calls recorded off
the PBX. Any discrepancies between the two records are reported
for dispute resolution. This allows for continuous bill auditing
and validation of resources.
Powerful reporting options are available for managers to view
both expense and time spent on calls. The level of detail can be
drilled down from a corporate level to a location or department,
to an individual level and finally, a reverse look-up performed
on a phone number.
