Q: What type of data elements or charges can eXprts
process?
A: Charges for virtually any type of transaction data can be processed
by eXprts. Some common examples are: long distance charges, local
telephone lines, cellular service, pagers, ISP, market data terminals.
Q: The department hierarchy
in my organization is very complex. Can the system handle this?
A: Yes. During the implementation phase of the project, you will
provide us with this information. In turn, we will set-up the software
to mimic your reporting structure with unlimited roll-up and drill
down options.
Q: I only want to give
managers visibility to their department(s). How is this handled?
A: A system administrator will determine who has rights to access
specific information for certain departments. When a manager logs
into the system, they only have visibility to the information that
is authorized to them.
Q: What PBX's or switches
can you support?
A: Virtually all PBX's or switches are supported, including: Nortel,
Avaya, Siemens, Rolm, Lucent.
Q: How does the eXprts
system get the data from our telecom and data carriers?
A: We will work with your vendors to insure that we obtain the
information in an electronic format. We also take the responsibility
for formatting and loading the data.
Q: Where does the data
and server reside?
A: Because eXprts is typically provided as an ASP, both the data and server
reside in a state-of-the-art hosting center that is managed 24x7.
This eliminates the cost of setting up and maintaining the system
to your organization.
Q: Is my data and access
to it secure?
A: Yes. We utilize 128-bit SSL encryption and SSH Secure Shell
technology. Please see the technology page for more information
on this critical topic.
Q: How much is this going
to save my company?
A: Our customers report savings of anywhere from ten to thirty
percent of their telecom and datacom bills.
Q: How much does it cost?
A: The charges for the system include a nominal set-up fee and
after that, a sensible monthly fee. You can expect a return on
you investment in 3-5 months.
Q: My question is not
on this page. Who do I contact?
A: Please submit your question below.
