THE METHODOLOGY

The underlying philosophy in Cobite’s entire product line starts with inventory and provisioning. By establishing an accurate baseline of devices and controlling the addition and deletions to this base; a company can be assured that it is being billed only for devices it actually utilizes.

By interfacing a terminal provisioning system with the MDT vendors, duplicate order entry is eliminated insuring orders are placed both accurately and timely. By using the established inventory, a pro-forma invoice is generated and compared to actual vendor invoices for an automatic detailed analysis on a monthly basis.
