general availability of two new components of the eXprts™ enterprise
communication management system.
The first module, the Cell Plan Optimizer, aggregates all of a
companies cell phone bills into a single database and performs
costs optimization plans to match employees with appropriate usage
plans.
The solution also validates every cell phone to an authorized user
and performs automatic invoice reconciliation. Cost savings are
estimated to run between 20% and 40% of an enterprise's annual
cellular budget. Information is consolidated monthly and annually
by vendor to allow greater negotiation strength during contract
renewals.
The second module, MDT, is a complete solution, from provisioning
through invoice validation, for enterprises that utilize Market
Data Terminals from one or more vendors. By utilizing this comprehensive
solution, financial institutions can finally gain control over
the large expense associated with these devices by insuring adds,
changes and disconnects occur in a timely fashion and vendors are
properly charging one-time fees.
