The open architecture of the web browser means your enterprise
can quickly deploy eXprts™ to all users,
frequently without any modification, regardless of their desktop
computer. This delivery
model allows your enterprise to immediately begin experiencing
the benefits of the industry's leading tool for managing communication
expenses while avoiding the significant capital and operational
expenses
associated with the deployment, maintenance, and integration of
complex enterprise level software.
eXprts™ is deployed using state-of-the-art servers and RAID
storage sub-systems to protect enterprise data and ensure maximum
fail over flexibility.
eXprts service is typically delivered as an ASP service where users
access the system as an Internet based web solution. Sophisticated
security permissions determine who has access to specific information.
Provided your users have a PC with a browser and an Internet connection,
they are ready for eXprts.
The ASP delivery architecture associated with eXprts consists
of four unique zones. The interaction of these zones enables COBITE
to deliver eXprts to you in a timely and cost-efficient manner.

| ZONE I - CUSTOMER PREMISES |
If you are utilizing eXprts to track land line phones, our technicians will install
a CallNet Collector at each location that maintains a PBX.
Once installed, all that is needed is Web browser and a connection to the Internet. |

| ZONE II - DATA
HOSTING AND APPLICATION MANAGEMENT |
On your behalf we will purchase the necessary servers that we
host directly in our state-of-the-art data facility. Cobite’s
professionals fulfill all database management requirements.
The entire facility, network and supporting infrastructure
- as well as each eXprts server - is supervised by an advanced
network operation and monitoring center 24 hours a day, 7 days
a week. |

| ZONE III - YOUR VENDORS |
Cobite works directly with
your vendors (local telephone company, long distance company,
cellular, ISP, Bloomberg, etc.) to arrange for the electronic
delivery of data to feed the eXprts system. This
entire process, along with the periodic loading of data, is handled
entirely
by Cobite staff. eXprts uses these vendor feeds
for two purposes:
- First, to ensure that we have a complete record of each and
every transaction - of any type - that was made.
- Second, eXprts uses
these feeds to verify that the vendor is charging you accurately
for the services and transactions actually provided to your enterprise.
This allows eXprts to provide the most extensive and precise
picture of the communication expenditures throughout your organization. |

AND SECURITY |
Because eXprts is an Internet
based web solution, the security of your enterprises data is
paramount. To ensure that your proprietary data enjoys the highest
degree of data security and protection, eXprts utilizes the latest
Secure Socket Layer (SSL) and Secure Shell (SSH) 128 bit encryption
technologies. These two methods of communication are configured
